Important Platform Update Today – Monday, May 26 (Updated)

Update: new times published

As you probably know we had an update over the weekend. A number of updates didn’t work the way we expected, and we are going to roll back some of the updates. We are very sorry about this.  This will ensure you can continue using, and your apps will continue to run while we resolve out any remaining issues. Once everything is 100% resolved, will have another update in a couple of weeks.

We are going to start the update around 5pm Pacific Time, and it will last until about 10pm Pacific Time, Monday, May 26.

Maintenance Window on Saturday January 18 [Completed]

Please note that we will be upgrading with new features on Saturday January 18, starting at 12:00 AM PST (midnight on Friday night).  The following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • The development environment will be unavailable for about 6 hours, from 12:00 AM until about 6 AM PST.
  • The Backend Services (Cloud Database, Push Notifications, Server Code) service will be unavailable for about 3 hours, from 3:00 AM until about 6:00 AM PST)

Maintenance Window for Sept. 1st

In order to perform required database changes, we will be taking the service down this Sunday for up to 8 hours. This update will lay the foundation for improved performance as we continue to grow the service.
