Introducing Ionic 8 and Angular 21 Support in Appery.io

We are excited to announce that Appery.io now supports Ionic 8 and Angular 21!

Starting today, all newly created projects will automatically use Ionic 8 and Angular 21, giving you access to the latest features, improvements, and long-term framework support.

For existing projects, we have added a new Upgrade button. With a single click, your project can be automatically migrated to Ionic 8 and Angular 21.

The migration process is designed to be safe. Your original project will remain unchanged, and a new upgraded project will be created, allowing you to review and test the migrated version without affecting your existing application.

We have worked hard to automate as much of the migration process as possible. However, some applications may use third-party libraries that require additional adjustments after migration. In most cases, simply updating those libraries to their latest versions will resolve any compatibility issues.
